We are excited and eager to get back to work but rest assured and know that we are all set up with the Ministry of Health’s guidelines as everyone’s health, WELLNESS and safety is of upmost importance. We will slowly start opening Wednesday June 3rd, 2020 with most of our staff. Here are some of the changes that you can expect.

Guidelines implemented at our Studio:

-A COVID-19 clinical survey will be mandatory to complete prior to ANY appointment. You will receive an email to fill out the survey 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are experiencing signs or symptoms within the 24 hours prior to your treatment time, please DO NOT ENTER WELLNESS STUDIO and cancel your appointment.

-We ask that you arrive wearing a mask, cloth masks are allowed. If you do not have one, call the office when you arrive (705)586-9355 and one of our staff will gladly provide you with one.

-We ask that you come alone unless you require assistance to your appointment. If you have a cell phone on file, we will call or text you when it is time for your appointment to maintain social distancing protocol. If you do not have a cell phone please come in at the time of your appointment, not earlier as we need to keep numbers at a minimum in our reception area. If we are at capacity, our doors will be locked and one of our staff members will let you in when it is safe to do so.

Some of the changes you can expect:

-Sanitation stations are set up throughout the building. Upon entry to the Studio, we ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided and once again prior to leaving. Please do not remove your mask at any point until you have left the Studio to avoid the possible spread of infection.

-Plexiglass will be set up at the reception area. Our waiting room chairs are spaced out 2 metres apart following proper social distancing practices and will be disinfected by our front-end staff after every client. Other areas included in sanitization following any contact from a client or staff member are counters, tables, POS terminals, pens, iPads, computers, phones, light switches, sandals, door handles, washrooms, garbage’s.

-We ask that you kindly remove your outdoor shoes at the entrance and use the disinfected sandals provided to keep the Studio clean.

-Your Health Care provider will also always be wearing a mask. Treatment times have increased to allow for proper disinfection of our treatment rooms and linens following every client. Our documentation has also which will in turn, adds to our post treatment times.

Our top priority is the Health and Wellness of our clients and staff. Although this will be a slow transition, we will be following our Ministry of Health’s Guidelines to ensure everyone is safe!
